Because we are confident in our quality, we offer you a voluntary 3-month warranty – exclusively in conjunction with the purchase of our Care Set II.

Warranty requirements

To claim the warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Professional application
    The LONGTIME HAIR extensions must have been applied by an experienced professional.
  2. Use of the LONGTIME HAIR Care Set II
    The care set is specially designed for the care of real hair extensions. (If you are unable to use a particular product for health reasons, please check with our customer service team in advance by emailing service@longtimehair.com.)
  3. No chemical or color treatments
    Extensions must not have been dyed or chemically treated.
  4. No excessive stress or heat exposure
    The extensions must not have been damaged by extreme heat or improper handling.

Our Care Set II contains everything your extensions need for cleaning, styling, and protection:

  • Extension shampoo
  • Extension hair treatment
  • Special extension hairbrush
  • Heat protection spray
  • Exclusive LONGTIME HAIR cosmetic bag

How the warranty works

If, despite complying with all requirements, a defect occurs within 3 months of the purchase date, we will refund the purchase price of the extensions.

Important information

  • The warranty only applies to material or manufacturing defects.
  • Damage caused by improper handling or care is excluded.
  • The refund only applies to extensions that are unwearable/unusable.
  • Normal wear and tear such as dryness, hair breakage, split ends, color fading, or allergies to foreign hair or connection points are not covered.
  • We do not provide a warranty for wavy or curly hair structures.
