Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change my order?
Yes—as long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can make changes.
Please note: The new total amount may not exceed the original order value.
If it does, we ask you to place a new order. We will then ship all ordered products together in one package.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but please hurry, as we process and ship all orders on an ongoing basis.

When will my order be shipped?
We pack and ship all orders as quickly as possible so that you receive your dream hair from LONGTIME HAIR without a long wait.
- Orders placed with DHL that are received on working days before 4 p.m. are shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed with UPS that are received on working days before 4 p.m. are also shipped on the same day.
