Returns at LONGTIME HAIR – simple and transparent
Would you like to return a product? No problem! At LONGTIME HAIR, you have 1 month from delivery to return your order.
How returns work:
Please fill out the enclosed return form completely and send your order back to us. Please note: We do not provide a return label – you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Important information about returns:
Returning real hair extensions
Please note the following so that we can accept your extensions:
- You may carefully remove the hair from the packaging to check the color.
- Important: The cable tie must not be cut!
- The hair must arrive unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging—exactly as you received it.
- Extensions that have been bent, folded, or worn cannot be returned.
Returning care products
For hygienic reasons, we only accept returns of care products if the security seal is undamaged. Unfortunately, we cannot refund opened or used products.
Returning accessories
We also only accept returns of accessories in their unopened original condition. The packaging must not be damaged or opened.
Refunds
Once your return has been checked, the refund will be made via the original payment method. Exception: cash on delivery orders. In this case, please provide us with your bank details for the refund.
